一、服务说明
音盒（EchoBox）是运行于 iPhone、iPad、Mac、Apple TV 的私人音乐播放器。它连接你指定的媒体服务器（如 Navidrome/OpenSubsonic、群晖 Audio Station、Emby）与网盘（如 115、阿里云盘、夸克、百度、WebDAV、SMB），对其中的音乐进行浏览、播放与整理。
二、内容与你的责任
- 音盒不提供、不托管、不分发任何音乐内容；所有内容均来自你自行配置的来源。
- 你应确保对所连接来源中的内容拥有合法的持有与使用权利，并遵守当地法律及相应服务商的条款。
- 因你使用未获授权内容而产生的任何责任，由你自行承担。
三、免费与付费
音盒免费下载。你可连接并浏览所有支持的来源，并试听 5 首不同歌曲。完整播放需要通过 App 内购买解锁有效权益。
四、订阅与自动续订（重要）
- 产品与价格：按月订阅、按年订阅，以及一次性买断。实际价格以 App Store 结算页显示的本地化价格为准，可能包含限时优惠价。
- 自动续订：按月与按年为自动续订订阅。除非你在当前订阅周期结束前至少 24 小时关闭自动续订，否则将按当时价格自动续费。
- 买断：一次性购买，非自动续订。
- 扣费：确认购买后由你的 Apple 账号扣费。续费在当前周期结束前 24 小时内扣取。
- 管理与取消：你可随时在 iPhone/iPad/Mac 的「设置 → Apple ID → 订阅」中查看、管理或关闭续订。已开始的当前订阅周期不予按比例退款（法律另有规定除外）。
- 权益范围：一份有效购买在同一 Apple 账号下解锁 iPhone、iPad、Mac 与 Apple TV 的完整播放。未开启家人共享。
五、许可授予
在你遵守本条款的前提下，我们授予你一项个人的、非独占、不可转让的许可，在你拥有或控制的 Apple 设备上使用音盒。你不得对音盒进行反向工程、修改、再分发或用于非法用途。
六、免责声明
音盒按「现状」提供。我们会尽力保障其可用性，但不对第三方服务器/网盘的可用性、内容准确性或数据丢失承担责任。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不承担因使用或无法使用音盒而产生的间接或附带损失。
七、条款变更
我们可能不时更新本条款，更新后将在本页面公布。继续使用即视为接受更新后的条款。

1. The service
EchoBox is a private music player for iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple TV. It connects to media servers you specify (e.g. Navidrome/OpenSubsonic, Synology Audio Station, Emby) and cloud drives (e.g. 115, Alibaba Cloud Drive, Quark, Baidu, WebDAV, SMB) to browse, play and organize the music in them.
2. Content and your responsibility
- EchoBox does not provide, host or distribute any music content; all content comes from sources you configure.
- You are responsible for having the lawful right to hold and use the content in your connected sources and for complying with applicable law and each provider's terms.
- You are solely responsible for any liability arising from your use of unauthorized content.
3. Free and paid
EchoBox is free to download. You may connect, browse every supported source and sample 5 distinct tracks. Full playback requires unlocking an entitlement via in-app purchase.
4. Subscriptions and auto-renewal (important)
- Products and price: a monthly subscription, an annual subscription and a one-time lifetime purchase. The localized price shown at App Store checkout (which may include a limited-time offer) is authoritative.
- Auto-renewal: monthly and annual are auto-renewable. They renew at the then-current price unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Lifetime: a one-time, non-renewing purchase.
- Billing: your Apple account is charged on purchase confirmation; renewals are charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel: anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. The current period is not refunded pro rata except where required by law.
- Entitlement: one active purchase unlocks full playback on iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple TV under the same Apple account. Family Sharing is not enabled.
5. License
Subject to these terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use EchoBox on Apple devices you own or control. You may not reverse engineer, modify, redistribute or use EchoBox unlawfully.
6. Disclaimer
EchoBox is provided "as is." We strive for availability but are not responsible for the availability of third-party servers/drives, content accuracy or data loss. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages from use or inability to use EchoBox.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time and will post the revised version here. Continued use means acceptance.
